I have called the Microsoft Support and they say that my sons email account, with live.co.uk is the address to use as that is associated with the order number, but when I try this email address, it gives an error that its not associated. If I try my personal email address, which is where I can find the order details, it comes back with no licenses found. If I try to register my sons email address as a Microsoft account, it says the Live.co.uk is a reserved domain.
