Using 'ipconfig /all' on windows showed the same zeroed mac address, so I guess the problem isn't (wasn't) linux-specific. I left the pc in my locker at school last night and when I started it up again this morning the mac had mysteriously returned!

Hi, we are looking at using new iMacs in addition to normal Wintel machines and I am wondering if I could get ZCM imaging to work with Vista installed on a new iMac. I know I could boot from a Zen CD on older Macs but these new ones have a Marvell Yukon 88E8058 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller that is not supported by Zen I think. Does anyone know if I can get a driver for that NIC that would work ( not sure if SUSE10 supports it )? I know Macs are not supported but still am willing to give that a go.
As long as I can save / restore the image ( not talking about saving OSX images here, just Vista only ). I am also wondering if it at all possible to get PXE to work on those but this is probably not the right place to ask. Harga adaptor charger apple macbook magsafe for mac.
